It’s non-negotiable; this logic is what has directed humanity. Even art and beauty haven’t deviated from this structure.


But for us... beauty doesn’t fit in a mold. 


Beauty is an elusive beast;


As much as trying to catch water with your hands, wanting to transform any metal into gold or pretending to fit all light into a light bulb.


And stating the obvious… not all light fits into a light bulb.


As you can see, it’s very, very elusive. Still, everyone keeps searching.


We’re lucky enough to dare, look for it in other ways.


In various directions, planes, sequences, dimensions... in disorder. At the end of the day, since we won't find it either, we have nothing to lose.


And if we have nothing to lose, we can defy the logic.

Crea, acelerar más rápido; progresa.

Muévete siempre en la misma dirección, manténte dentro de las líneas en el plano, sigue la secuencia. Avanza, en línea recta, no desafíes la dimensión.

Es innegociable; esta lógica es la que ha dirigido a la humanidad. Incluso el arte y la belleza no se han desviado de esta estructura.

Pero para nosotros... la belleza no encaja en un molde.

La belleza es una bestia elusiva;

Es como tratar de atrapar agua con las manos, querer transformar cualquier metal en oro o pretender meter toda la luz en un bombillo.

Y diciendo lo obvio... no toda la luz cabe en un bombillo.

Como puedes ver, es muy, muy esquiva. Aun así, todos siguen buscando.

Somos afortunados de atrevernos, buscarla de otras maneras.

En varias direcciones, planos, secuencias, dimensiones... en desorden. Al final del día, ya que tampoco la encontraremos, no tenemos nada que perder.

Y si no tenemos nada que perder, podemos desafiar la lógica.

	Visual Alchemy
Beauty is an elusive beast.

Creative direction, concept design and concept development.&#38;nbsp;

The art of creating in itself is a magical, intangible act. But what happens when our starting point is not zero, but an already materialized element? The exercise of reinterpretation arises from des- (spanish prefix for un-). To uncontextualize, uncover, unidentify, unassemble piece by piece the elements that make up its existence, a kind of puzzle, with the difference that it’s not clear what the final result will be; never in an exercize of reinvention should one seek to rebuild something exactly as it is.

This is why des- is the embodiment of nonconformity, it denotes intention and multidimensionality.

Des- becomes a game, a dance with the juxtaposition of language and the universe as we believe we know it, because what we know exists from a common, comfortable, routinary place, having an apparently clear identity. Des- has a surreal tinge, decontextualizing is uncomfortable because it emphasizes that the objects were created for a particular use and when they are removed from there they force us to unrecognize them and they begin to “de-exist”. There is magic in de-existing.

Dirección creativa, diseño y desarrollo de concepto.

El arte de crear en sí mismo es un acto mágico, intangible. Pero ¿qué pasa cuando nuestro punto de partida no es cero sino un elemento ya materializado? El ejercicio de la reinterpretación surge de des-.Descontextualizar, destapar, desidentificar, desarmar pieza por pieza los elementos que configuran su existencia, una especie de rompecabezas, con la diferencia de que no se tiene claro cual será el resultado final; nunca en un ejercicio de reinvención debe buscarse rearmar algo tal cual.
Es por esto que des- es la encarnación de la inconformidad, denota intención y multidimensionalidad.
Des- se convierte en un juego, en un baile con la yuxtaposición del lenguaje y el universo tal cual creemos que lo conocemos, porque lo que conocemos existe a partir del lugar común, cómodo, rutinario, una identidad aparentemente clara. Tiene un tinte surrealista, descontextualizar incomoda porque enfatiza que los objetos fueron creados para un uso particular y cuando se sacan de ahí nos obligan a desconocer y comienzan a desexistir. Hay magia en desexistir.

	CRM Strategy and layout design for Belmond Hotels, developed as mid-term project for the Master of Luxury Business, Polimoda.Project dedicated to designing a creative CRM strategy around Belmond’s expanding asian market, specifically on the Eastern &#38;amp; Oriental Express trainline as an example of a celebration for their 50th year aniversary. The idea develops what we named Belmond’s pillars of experience in order to incorporate the five senses and cater to said audience on Southeast Asia’s first luxury spa on rails.Excerpts taken from final book deliverable.

	Diseño de estrategia CRM y de layout gráfico para Belmond Hotels, desarrollado como proyecto de medio término para el Máster en Negocios de Lujo, Polimoda.
Proyecto dedicado al diseño de una estrategia CRM creativa en torno al mercado asiático en expansión de Belmond, específicamente en la línea de tren Eastern &#38;amp; Oriental Express como ejemplo de celebración por su 50 aniversario. La idea desarrolla lo que llamamos los pilares de experiencia de Belmond para incorporar los cinco sentidos y atender a dicha audiencia en el primer spa de lujo sobre rieles del sudeste asiático.

	I am currently working at Salomon in Annecy France as CMF Designer for Sportstyle. Due to a signed NDA I cannot share more recent projects I’ve been working on, but I can share the Design Test I presented during the interview process.
The original brief called to create two different packs, each with three iconic sneakers from the brand. I decided to make one more conceptual and tied to a bigger marketing strategy while the other more simple yet rooted in trendforecasting.

	Actualmente trabajo en Salomon en Annecy, Francia, como Diseñadora CMF para Sportstyle. Debido a un acuerdo de confidencialidad firmado, no puedo compartir proyectos más recientes en los que he estado trabajando, pero puedo compartir la prueba de diseño que presenté durante el proceso de entrevista.

El briefing original pedía crear dos packs diferentes, cada uno con tres zapatillas icónicas de la marca. Decidí hacer uno más conceptual y vinculado a una estrategia de marketing más amplia, mientras que el otro era más sencillo pero se basaba en la previsión de tendencias.
